PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
We make every effort to accurately describe and display our products. Because many of our products consist of human hair, natural variations in texture, curl pattern, wave pattern, density, color, length, and appearance may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screens, and devices.
CUSTOM AND SPECIAL ORDERS
Custom-colored hair, custom texture matching, custom extension orders, wigs, hairpieces, hair prostheses, specialty gray hair products, and other personalized items may require additional processing time. Once customization or processing has begun, an order may not be changed or canceled.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Processing time and shipping time are separate. Processing times vary depending on the product and are provided on individual product listings when applicable.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Blessed Tresses is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect customer information, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when ordering.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our posted Returns & Refunds Policy. Customers should review that policy before purchasing.
HAIR AND EXTENSION CARE
Human hair extensions, wigs, hairpieces, and specialty hair products require proper installation, maintenance, and care. Results and longevity can vary based on installation, products used, chemical processing, heat, maintenance, lifestyle, and aftercare.
For extension methods requiring professional application, we strongly recommend installation and maintenance by a qualified professional.
PRICING AND AVAILABILITY
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product descriptions, inventory, or website errors and to cancel or refund an order affected by an obvious error or unavailable product.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Blessed Tresses Salon & Hair Loss Center is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from improper installation, misuse, alteration, chemical processing, failure to follow care instructions, or use of products inconsistent with their intended purpose.
