Orders are carefully processed and prepared within 2–5 business days unless a different processing time is stated on the product page. Custom, specialty, pre-order, and custom color or texture-matched hair may require additional processing time.
Once processing is complete, orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated carrier delivery times are separate from our processing time. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Blessed Tresses is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us promptly so we can assist you with the appropriate carrier claim process.
Expedited shipping, when available, speeds up carrier transit time and does not necessarily shorten product processing time. Please contact us before ordering if your hair is needed by a specific date.
